Here’s what’s happening around the Nest…

Fall is in full swing around the Nest, and so is our Fall Warm Meals series!

Throughout the season, we’re bringing warmth and comfort to the women and children of Home of Hope through a series of thoughtfully prepared meals—with a little friendly competition along the way.

Each round of our Penny Wars gives our community a chance to help decide what makes its way from our Nest to their table.

Home of Hope has added The Restorative Nesting Foundation to their Stories of Hope, recognizing our continued giving and service to the families they support.

What started with simply providing warm meals has continued to grow into something so much more. Most recently, we had the opportunity to support Home of Hope’s Back-to-School Drive by providing 22 specially selected backpacks, lunch bags, and water bottles to help their school-aged children prepare for a new school year.

We’re also grateful to Chick-fil-A Hamilton Mill for partnering with us and providing each student with a Be Our Guest treat card, making their back-to-school experience just a little sweeter.

Every act of service reminds us of what can happen when a community chooses to show up for one another.

One of our favorite moments from around the Nest—our young helpers joined together to create and prepare special pampering bags for the mothers at Home of Hope.

Each bag was thoughtfully filled with little comforts and reminders that while moms spend so much time caring for their families, they deserve to feel cared for, celebrated and seen too.
